Bliss Body Yoga



Gentle Therapeutic Yoga



Therapeutic yoga is deeply focused on gently assisting the body to open and free up breath and movement. We honor where you are in your body and work to move to a place where you feel better physically, mentally and emotionally throughout each hour practice. Each class is different based on our area of focus and students' needs that day.

InnerJourney Yoga



Guided Meditation on your couch, mat or bed



Inspired by Yoga Nidra, the practice of divine sleep, and practitioner Linda Freeman's own journey work, InnerJourney Yoga leads the body into a deeply calming and relaxing state that allows the subconsious mind to expand into possibilties. Each guided meditation focuses on facilitating a different journey for the mind and spirit. Guided meditation is deeply relaxing for the nervous system and each session equals four hours of sleep.

Restorative Yoga



Relax and Rest



In Restorative Yoga, we let props and time do the work. Each pose is fully supported by blankets, pillows or bolsters, which allows us to stay in each pose longer and give our bodies time and support to just let go. Feel your muscles melt and tension dissolve.

Yoga for a Healthy Spine



Learn the poses that can help your back issues



In this special Yoga for a Healthy Spine Series, we will explore different back-related issues including Scoliosis, Kyphosis, Disc issues, Spinal Stenosis, and arthritis and how to do the yoga postures that can help you--and stop doing the ones that can harm you.
