Ideal for those who want to enjoy easy access to a regular yoga practice. Each class is different and designed to meet the needs of the class participants and may incude focus on shoulders, necks, balance, spine, joints and more. Parcipants should have yoga props at home including mat, block, strap, pillow, blanket, and chair to use as needed.
